PhD student in Geography

My specializations are in cartography and geographic information systems (GIS), particularly their abilities as both analytical applications and modes of communicating spatial information. I have also been teaching at the college level since 1992 and am very interested in educational methods, as well as the overall nature and process of higher education.

Project: I am currently providing GIS support for the Civil War Washington project
